Your Photos on Canvas Prints! - Selecting a suitable image

The size options available for your artwork depend heavily on
the quality of the image you are going to upload. The general rule
is that the bigger the file size of the photo, the bigger the image
can be enlarged without any substantial loss of quality.

But don’t worry! We review every image prior to starting work and
determine whether or not the image uploaded is good enough to enlarge
to your chosen size. If we feel that the finished product will be "Blocky"
or pixelated, we will contact you to discuss your options before
printing anything. As well as the fact that we want you to have a piece
of art that you will treasure, your canvas is a future advertisement
to all your friends and family. We wouldn't want our name associated
 with a poor quality product!

As a general rule...

Any photo taken on a camera that is 5 Mega Pixel (or above)
can be enlarged and
transferred to our large size canvases
without too many problems. However, cameras do
vary from
model to model and the quality of the image is dependant on
the settings used when the camera was
set up .

Any picture that has a file size of over 1 MB can be enlarged
and transferred to our large
size canvases with very good
results. However, again, cameras do vary from model
to model.

Don't worry! We will review your image and notify you of any
problems!

If you are taking a photo specifically to send to us be sure to use a digital camera that
is 5 Mega Pixel or higher and ensure that in your cameras settings you have selected
the “Super Fine” (or "Highest" quality option and the “Large” size option for best
results.

1. The better quality the image, the better the end result.

If the image you have is a recent one of people who are close to you, and is of poor
quality, would it be better to take another, higher quality photo and upload that to us?

2. We are here to help!

This section is only a guideline and we have had some fantastic results from
lower quality
images. We will advise you if we think there will be any issues
with your artwork before
we start production!

If you require any further assistance, please contact us and we will be glad to
help you through the process!
