In the unlikely event that you are not completely satisfied with your item, drop us an email and simply return it to canvasking, at our address, within 14 days of purchase, in its original packaging (containing the dispatch note) and on receipt of the item we will issue you with a full refund. (minus postage and packaging) If however, for any reason your artwork has been damaged in transit, drop us an email and return your item to us at the address above and we will arrange a replacement item to be shipped immediately. Canvasking will refund any postage costs incurred during the returns process for items that are damaged when received.
