      Your Photos on Canvas Prints! - Returns policy     





Faulty items: If a print is faulty you can return it to us within 14 days.
Please contact us upon receipt of your canvas quoting your order
number and one of our representatives will talk you through the
return procedure.

Please don't send back your canvas without contacting us first!

Non-faulty items: We cannot accept returns of Non-Faulty goods
as all products have been printed or customised specifically for
you.

Once we have clarified the reason for return, we will arrange for the
item to be collected from you, saving you the worry and hassle of the
returns process and if we are at fault, then we will gladly reimburse your postage costs too.

It is only when we receive the item in its original state, that we will redo or refund monies for a faulty item. Please note if the product is not in an unused condition then we will not be able to offer you a refund or redo save for faulty workmanship
which we may repair. Where there is minor fault we may suggest an alternative remedy.
